 When the equipment is working, 576high-speed moving spindles are constantly changing orbits to cross and shuttle that each moving spindle has 14 kinds of collision possibilities at every moment. So need intelligent calculation and precise orbital change control that we can avoid “traffic accidents”. To make Carbon fiber composite material “obedient” during the weaving process and restore the soft elegant feeling of the outer streamers in industrial production, professor Sun led the team to study control algorithms that invent the so-called  "eccentric" weaving method and solve the problem. The project technology not only fills the domestic gap but also takes the lead in the world. In the end, Professor Sun Yize's team made the torch "live" and truly showed the best "flying" state.
